This was one of the hardest decisions he had ever had to make and was finalized on three main premises. First, Dr. Stevens wanted to spend more one-on-one time with patients; a requirement for the individualized care he strives to deliver. Secondly, the field of dentistry is widely known for small business owners serving a local community, something Dr. Stevens always aspired to do. Lastly, family is of utmost importance to Dr. Stevens. A career in dentistry would allow Dr. Stevens the work-life balance necessary to raise a family.

Dr. Stevens currently resides in Juneau, WI with his wife Stephanie and two children, Aimslee (4) and Axel (2). Stephanie is a Speech and Language Pathologist at Froedtert Hospital and the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI. Dr. Stevens met Stephanie while in college at UW-Madison where he received a bachelor’s degree in Medical Microbiology and Immunology. Dr. Stevens was a member of the UW-Madison men’s championship rowing team for four years in college and continues to row today. Dr. Stevens is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, and boating. He skis in the American Birkebeiner, a cross country ski marathon in Hayward, WI, every February.
