We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We are in-network, premier-level providers for Delta Dental. As a courtesy, we will bill your insurance company, submit pre-estimates for treatment, and track claims. Unfortunately, we do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, BadgerCare, or ForwardHealth.
Payment Options
Please note that payment is due on the day of service. We accept checks, cash, or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan option with a debit card on file. Please see our Financial Coordinator for additional details.
